Zelve Shipping Policy
Every Zelve order is prepared with care and dispatched in protective packaging befitting the piece inside.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of placement. You will receive a confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email upon dispatch. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
