Zelve Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of every piece we offer. If your order arrives in a condition that does not meet our standard, we are here to make it right.

Eligibility Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after receipt are not eligible for return.

Process To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zelve.store with your order number and a brief description of the concern. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the item. There is no restocking fee.

Exchanges We are happy to facilitate an exchange where stock permits. Please contact us to confirm availability before returning your item.

Complimentary Returns Return shipping is complimentary on orders where the item received is defective or materially different from what was described.
