At Zelve, your satisfaction is our highest commitment. If for any reason your piece does not meet your expectations, we invite you to return it within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Return
Contact our concierge team at support@zelve.store with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through every step with care and discretion.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
